• We begin on January 13th at 7:00 PM Mountain Time.

• You’ll receive a separate email with the Zoom link (and any access details) before our first live session.

• Each week, we’ll meet in a small, safe group for guided emotional and identity work.

• You are always invited — never forced — to share. Your presence is enough.

• Please arrive as you are. There is nothing you need to prepare or perform.
