In this free class, I’ll help you notice one belief that shows up in your life and ask yourself: Where did I learn this? Do I still believe it? What could I choose now?

What we’ll do together

I’ll guide you through a simple exercise to notice one belief that keeps showing up in your life. Maybe it’s the thought that talks you out of sharing your work, or the one that makes you say yes before you’ve had a chance to think.

We’ll look at where you learned that belief and choose one small thing you can do differently the next time it shows up. Bring a notebook if you’d like to write down what comes up for you.
