SHE RISES AGAIN
A 4-Week Emotional & Identity Reclamation Journey
January 13th, 2026 at 7 PM MT
for Women After Menopause & the Empty Nest
This is not the end of you.
This is the moment you rise â again.
Â
If this season of life feels confusing, quiet, heavy, or emptyâŚ
Youâre not broken.
Youâre not lost.
Youâre completing a chapter that no one taught you how to close.
Menopause and the empty nest donât just change the body or the household;Â
They reshape identity, purpose, and meaning.
Many women reach this stage asking quietly:
- Who am I now that my children donât need me the same way?
- Why do I feel sad, relieved, guilty, numb⌠all at once?
- Why does my body feel calmer, but my heart feels unsettled?
- What is my purpose now?
She Rises Again was created for this moment.
Itâs Time To Love Yourself Again
This is the season where we stop trying to stay young and begin learning how to be whole. Something beautiful is preparing to rise.
INTRODUCING...
She Rises Again Program
What She Rises Again Is â and What It Is Not
She Rises Again is a 4-week guided emotional and identity journey for women navigating life before or after menopause, and the transition of the empty nest.
This journey is not about fixing your body or diagnosing anything.
It is about listening to what is emerging inside you.
This program does not:
-
treat hormones
-
offer medical advice
-
diagnose or treat mental health conditions
Instead, this program is a space where something deeper can finally be heard.
It gives you tools to meet the new youâthe part of you that has been quiet for a long time and is now asking to be seen and acknowledged.
This journey supports:
-
emotional healing and gentle integration
-
releasing old roles and stories that have kept you feeling stuck or frozen in time
-
regulating your nervous system so your body can feel safe again
-
identity renewalâso you can consciously create who you are becoming
-
reconnecting with your purpose, your desire, and your inner trust
It helps you believe in yourself again.
To trust yourself as you move forward.
To live life not as something to surviveâbut as an adventure to re-enter with curiosity and courage.
This is emotional mastery.
This is identity rebirth.
What Makes This Journey Different
This is not about âstaying positive.â
Itâs not about keeping busy or finding something else to do.
This journey is about:
-
discovering what you actually like now
-
getting to know who you are in this new role and season of life
-
honoring the endings you were never given permission to grieve
-
completing emotional cycles that have been open for decades
-
releasing years of internal holding and self-silencing
-
redefining self-worth beyond caregiving and responsibility
This is about stepping into the woman you are becomingâwith compassion and truth.
You donât need to become someone new.
You donât need to push or reinvent yourself.
You need space.
Space to breathe.
Space to feel.
Space to remember who you truly are.
And from that rememberingâŚ
you rise.
Week 1 â Grieving the Life That Ended
Honoring endings without shame
In this first week, we gently acknowledge what has ended.
Fertility.
Daily motherhood.
Old roles that once defined you.
And we give space to everything that comes with thatâgrief, relief, sadness, confusion, even emotions that donât seem to make sense together. Nothing is wrong with you for feeling them. They are completing.
This is the week where you begin to release the unconscious contracts youâve carried for years:
the caretaker,
the strong one,
the one who holds everything together.
For many women, this is also where the confusion shows up.
You donât know what you want anymore.
You feel like youâve lost your why.
Your passion, your mission, or your sense of direction feels distant or unclear.
This isnât failure.
Itâs what happens when an old chapter closes and the next one hasnât been named yet.
By honoring what has endedâwithout shameâyou allow your nervous system to soften. You feel seen. You feel validated. And for the first time in a long time, there is emotional relief.
This is not about rushing forward.
Itâs about letting go with compassion, so something new can eventually rise.
Week 2 â Who Am I Without the Roles?
Reclaiming identity beyond what youâve given
In this week, we turn toward a question many women quietly carry:
Who am I now that I am no longer needed in the same way?
For so long, your identity may have been shaped by what you did for othersâbeing the mother, the partner, the caretaker, the one who shows up no matter what. When those roles soften or end, it can feel like youâve lost yourself.
This is where feelings of invisibility often appear.
You may feel unsure of who you are without the roles.
You may notice guilt when you think about choosing yourself.
You may feel disconnected from your own desires.
This week is not about forcing answers.
Itâs about gently separating who you are from what you did.
We create space for you to meet yourself againânot as a role, but as a woman with her own inner authority, preferences, and truth.
The outcome is a renewed sense of self.
Less guilt.
More permission.
And the beginning of emotional sovereignty.
Week 3 â Releasing What Your Body Has Been Holding
Letting the nervous system finally rest
After years of giving, holding, and staying strong, the body remembers everything.
In this week, we gently support the release of emotions that were postponed for survivalâanger, sadness, resentment, exhaustion, or even numbness. These emotions are not wrong. They are simply asking to be acknowledged.
Many women realize theyâve been holding their breath for decades.
This week is where the body begins to exhale.
We work with nervous system regulation so your body can feel safe enough to let go. There is no pushing, no reliving, no overwhelmâonly gentle unwinding.
As stored emotions release, many women notice:
-
more calm in their body
-
less emotional reactivity
-
deeper rest
-
a sense of grounding and presence
This week is about remembering that your body is not broken.
It has been protecting you.
And now, it can finally soften.
Week 4 â Becoming the Woman You Are Now
Stepping into the next chapter with clarity
This final week is not about going back to who you were.
Itâs about meeting who you are becoming.
After the grief, the release, and the reconnection, something new begins to emerge. A quieter confidence. A clearer inner voice. A sense of direction that doesnât come from obligation, but from truth.
This is where purpose is redefinedânot as something you must do for others, but as something that feels alive inside you.
You begin to imagine a life guided by curiosity, creativity, and self-trust.
A life where pleasure is allowed.
Where boundaries are honored.
Where you donât disappear inside relationships.
The outcome of this week is integration.
You leave feeling more grounded, more present, and more at peace with this stage of life.
Not because everything is solvedâbut because you are connected to yourself again.
This is not the end of your story.
Itâs the moment you riseâagain.
